Community Halls

Council owns and operates 35 community halls/centres throughout Southland, with the day-to-day management carried out by local people.

Other community centres and halls are owned and run by other organisations either on Council land or on land owned by the organisation.

Over the next three years, a detailed assessment of all Council-owned centres will be carried out.
