Community Boards and Local Committees
Council actively promotes local input into decision-making through its 12 Community Boards, 16 Community Development Area Sub-Committees and various other committees.
Council also has a Community Trust in Milford and other sub-committees include the Stewart Island Jetties Sub-Committee, the Riverton Harbour Board, and 13 Rural Water Supply Sub-Committees.
